Close to the Grotto and very friendly staff who went out of their way to help us. the room was well equipped and we had fresh towels daily. the food was good and the vegetarians in our group were well catered for.
Some of the rooms were cramped and the decor was a bit dated. the food was not always piping hot and at times it felt like we were limited in our choices.

The hotel had a great location, super close to the main sights and attractions. The room was equipped with modern amenities, including a great shower and plenty of electrical sockets. there was a lovely view from the balcony that provided a great spot for relaxation.
The cleanliness of the hotel left much to be desired as we noticed quite a few bits and pieces left on the carpet from previous guests, and the chamber maids didn't clean the room frequently enough. The early morning knocking from the maid each day interrupted sleeping in and was quite a nuisance.
